REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns & Refunds


Because all Atlanta Canvas and Print products are custom-made to order using customer-supplied images, all custom products are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, except in cases of verified damage or manufacturing defect.


This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Canvas prints
  • Photo prints and enlargements
  • Metal prints
  • Mounted or framed artwork
  • Foam board, gator board, or specialty substrates
  • Any product created from a customer-uploaded file



Once production begins, an order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.

When We Do Replace or Refund


We will gladly replace or refund an order if:

  • The product arrives damaged in transit
  • There is a printing or manufacturing defect
  • We made a production error (wrong size, wrong image, wrong finish)


To qualify:

  1. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery or pickup
  2. You must provide clear photos of:
  • The product
  • The packaging (if shipped)
  • The defect or damage

If approved, we will either:

  • Reprint and replace the item at no cost
  • Or issue a refund (at our discretion)

What Is Not Considered a Defect


The following are not eligible for refund or replacement:


  • Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, or compressed images supplied by the customer
  • Color differences between screen and print (monitors are not calibrated to print)
  • Cropping, sizing, or layout selected by the customer
  • Minor color or tone variation inherent to printing on canvas, metal, or paper
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after ordering


If you are unsure about image quality, contact us before ordering — we’re happy to review files.

Local Pickup Orders


For local pickup orders:

  • You will be notified when your order is ready by email
  • Orders must be picked up within a reasonable time after notification


If an order remains unclaimed for an extended period, we reserve the right to dispose of or archive the item. Custom products remain final sale.

Shipping & Return Handling


If a damaged or defective item must be returned:

  • We will provide instructions after your claim is approved
  • Do not send items back without approval



If a return is required, shipping instructions will be provided case-by-case.

Refund Processing


If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically occurs within 5 business days after approval


Bank and credit card posting times may vary.

Sale Items


Sale and discounted items are final sale unless defective.
